DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has four sets of engraved slanting scrolls with rounded ends. Above and below each of the slanting scrolls are scroll fill zones with negative ovals formed by excised bracket elements and excised triangle elements. The excised bracket elements have upper and lower negative ovals.
