The lower rim panel has an engraved circle and nested triangle motif repeated around the vessel. The nested triangles (two) have a small central dot, and upper scroll fill zones with excised brackets, curvilinear zones, and triangles. The circle element has a central diamond with a negative oval, and upper scroll fill zones with excised brackets, curvilinear zones, and triangles
