The lower rim panel has a continuous scroll motif repeated four times around the vessel. The continuous scroll has a central scroll line, and the upper and lower scroll fill zones have five or six cross-hatched and excised brackets as well as triangular hatched and cross-hatched areas at the end of the scroll fill zones.
