DECORATION: The upper rim panel has three broadly-spaced horizontal engraved lines. The lower rim panel has an engraved scroll and semi-circle motif repeated five times around the vessel. The central semi-circles either have within them a small inner circle (three times), a swastika-in-circle (one time), or an excised circle with four excised rays (one time). The central scroll line has triangular tick marks. The upper and lower scroll fill zones have hatched or excised triangles and negative ovals defined by excising. The vessel also has a red slip on both interior and exterior surfaces.
