DECORATION: The rim has an engraved bisected diamond motif repeated four times around the vessel; each bisected diamond motif has four inner triangles (whose apexes meet in the center of the panel) filled with smaller engraved elements. Each motif is set in a panel defined by either vertical hatched, cross-hatched or excised zones.

Two of the bisected diamond motif panels have upper and lower triangles within them with negative ovals as well as excised or cross-hatched triangles in the two horizontal triangles. One of the panels has only three inner triangles, and two of these have a smaller inner cross-hatched triangle while the third has a smaller triangle with a negative oval within it. The last of the panels has four inner triangles, two with smaller cross-hatched triangles and two with negative ovals within them.
