DECORATION: The upper rim panel is plain. The lower rim panel has an engraved scroll and semi-circle motif repeated five times around the vessel. One of the semi-circle elements has a spur or dash in its center (cf. Thurmond 1990). The upper and lower scroll fill zones are triangular areas with cross-hatching zones and a single vertical engraved line. A white clay pigment has been rubbed in the engraved lines.
