DECORATION: The upper rim panel has three widely-spaced horizontal engraved lines on it. The lower rim panel has an engraved scroll motif (Thurmond 1990) that is repeated four times around the vessel. The scroll dividers are excised brackets with negative backward S-shaped elements. Each of the scroll fill zones include excised areas with negative ovals that have a central small spur element within them.
