DECORATION: The rim has an engraved pendant triangle motif (Thurmond 1990) repeated four times around the vessel. The central elements in the motif include engraved diamonds (twice) and circles (twice), each with small centrally placed spurred/rayed circles. The pendant triangles have been excised. A white kaolin clay pigment has been rubbed in the engraved lines.
