DECORATION: The rim panel has an engraved scroll motif repeated four times around the vessel. In two instances, the scroll divider is a single vertical engraved line, while in two others it is an excised bracket. The scroll fill zones are excised, and each have a single negative oval within them. The oval has a central dash or spur.
