DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved scroll motif that is repeated four times around the vessel. The scrolls are divided by excised brackets. The upper and lower scroll fill zones have excised brackets and vertical excised lines.

There is also a single horizontal engraved line on the interior vessel surface at the carination.
