DECORATION: The rim has an engraved continuous scroll motif repeated six times around the vessel. The upper and lower scroll fill zones have a cross-hatched triangle element, a single short vertical engraved line, and an oval-shaped element with a short dashed line or spur within it. A white kaolin clay pigment has been rubbed in the engraved lines.
