DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved scroll motif repeated four times around the vessel. The scrolls are divided by brackets with a single interior diagonal engraved line. The upper and lower scroll fill zones include excised brackets and negative ovals.

There is also a single horizontal engraved line on the interior vessel surface at the carination.
