DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has a simple engraved scroll motif repeated four times around the vessel. The scrolls are divided by vertical brackets with excised central areas. Above and below the scrolls are small excised pendant triangles.

There is also a single horizontal engraved line on the interior vessel surface at the carination.
