DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved scroll motif repeated four times around the vessel. The scrolls are divided by excised brackets (one of which has two internal excised pendant triangles on its lower end), and the upper scroll fill zones include excised columns and vertical lines.
