DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved semi-circle and scroll motif that is repeated four times around the vessel. Each semi-circle has a small inner semi-circle, and that semi-circle has a small dashed line within it. The upper and lower scroll fill zones have excised triangles, short vertical engraved lines, and negative oval-shaped elements.
