DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved interlocking horizontal scroll motif that is repeated four times around the vessel. The motifs are divided by excised brackets, and smaller brackets interlock the scrolls. There is also a single horizontal engraved line at the carination on the interior vessel surface.
