DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved pendant triangle motif repeated four times around the vessel. The central element between the horizontal scrolls is a circle with a central open circle. There are rows of excised pendant triangles both above and below the scroll motif, but not in, above, or below the central circles.

PIGMENT USE AND LOCATION ON VESSEL: red in engraved lines; there is also a red ochre stain on the interior base surface
