DECORATION: The rim has an engraved scroll motif repeated four times around the vessel. The outer engraved line on both the upper and lower scroll fill zones has triangular tick marks. The scrolls are divided by four cross-hatched vertical columns. A white kaolin clay pigment has also been rubbed in the engraved lines.
