DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has a central engraved circle element—with an inner central circle—and curvilinear scrolls with rounded ends. The upper scroll fill zones have a circle element and an adjacent triangular-shaped area with a single open triangle element. The lower scroll fill zones have oval-shaped and semi-circular areas; the latter are excised. The central circle elements and curvilinear scrolls are divided by excised brackets.
