DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The upper rim panel is plain, but the lower rim panel has an engraved motif repeated four times around the vessel. The lower rim panel is divided into four sections by two sets of two vertical engraved lines. Within these sections are discontinuous horizontal and vertical-diagonal engraved lines with either sideways-, upward- or downward-pointing tick marks). The rim has also been notched from right to left on the lip.
