DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The lower rim panel is marked by a single horizontal engraved line; the upper rim panel is plain. The panel has four sets of rectilinear engraved elements with upward-pointing tick marks on the lowermost engraved line. The decorative elements are similar to Inscribed 1b on Simms Engraved vessels recognized by Dowd, except that that vessel has tick marks along all lines. The rim has also been notched from left to right on the lip.
