DECORATION: The rim has both engraved interlocking horizontal scroll and bisected diamond motifs. The interlocking horizontal scroll motif is repeated six times around the vessel, while the bisected diamond motif occurs only once on the rim. The bisected diamond motif includes a single bisected diamond with an interior hatched triangle as well as an oval-shaped element (an eye?) with a small internal hatched oval. The latter motif is separated from the horizontal scrolls by a vertical engraved line with upper and lower excised triangles.
