DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an unknown number of alternating engraved central circle and semi-circle elements, likely four of each, that are part of a curvilinear scroll motif. The central circles have a small inner excised circle, while the semi-circles have excised corners. Upper scroll fill elements are triangular-shaped with hatched lines or excised brackets.
