DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The top and bottom of the vessel body are decorated with three equally-spaced horizontal engraved lines. Between these engraved lines are three slanting scroll motifs composed of narrow hatched zones that end in curvilinear hooked arm elements; there are open pendant triangle elements on the slanting and curvilinear scroll lines, and adjacent curvilinear scroll lines. Above and below the slanting scroll motifs are five rectangular engraved elements with narrow curvilinear and/or horizontal zones filled with hatched or cross-hatched lines, semi-circle, or circles with small inner circles. In lieu of a rectangular element the upper scroll fill zone has two horizontal engraved lines that connect with one of the sets of curvilinear scroll lines.
