Abstract
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into municipal operations represents a paradigm shift in how local governments approach resource acquisition and management. As municipalities face increasing pressure to secure funding while operating with limited staff and resources, AI technologies offer promising solutions to streamline grant processes, enhance proposal quality, and improve post-award management. This research examines the current landscape of AI applications in municipal grant writing, application preparation, and post-award management, exploring both the transformative potential and the challenges that accompany these technological innovations
