Aims & Scope

The journal of Certified Public Manager® Applied Research (CPMAR) seeks to allow access to the best papers produced by graduates of the Texas Certified Public Manager® (CPM) Program at Stephen F. Austin State University. These papers will often have direct benefit to other public sector practitioners that confront similar problems, challenges, or opportunities.
