• Student leaders play an important role on college campuses • However, they can also face increased pressures that may impact their psychological well-being • The purpose of this study was threefold: 1. A purposive sample of student leaders was examined and their investment and satisfaction with their positions were assessed 2. Students' leadership investment was correlated with a variety of psychological variables (i.e., life satisfaction, impostorism) 3. Student leaders were compared to a sample of non-leaders to examine the specific psychological variables on which leaders and non-leaders differ
