Berkshire is a county in the central part of southeastern England. The Thames River flows through the county. It has several notable historic sites including Bisham Abbey, Donnington Castle, Frogmore House, Highclere Castle, Shaw House, Welford Park, and, most notably, Windsor Castle. Due to her interest in the royal family, Dr. Malpass visited Windsor Castle on many occasions and these images document some of its changes.
