DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The vessel body has three upper horizontal engraved lines and one horizontal engraved line above the base. Between these lines are four sets of curvilinear interlocking engraved scrolls that meet at a large hatched circle element. Portions of the scrolls on either side of the hatched circle are thickened by the addition of curvilinear hatched areas. The scrolls originate from the apex of large upper and lower pendant triangles with either hatched or excised corners.
