DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The lower half of the rim has four sets of engraved panels. The panels are divided by two opposed sets of curvilinear lines forming large bracket elements. The upper and lower panels are defined by horizontal engraved lines with either upwards or downwards-pointing excised tick marks.
