DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The rim panel has an engraved motif repeated twice around the vessel. The motif consists of horizontal and curvilinear scrolls divided by two diagonal engraved lines. The scrolls have cross-hatched engraved brackets that interlock with upper and lower horizontal engrave lines at the top and bottom of the engraved rim panel.
