DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The interior and exterior vessel surfaces have a red slip. On the exterior surface, the rim is decorated with a narrow panel defined by single upper and lower horizontal engraved lines. Within the panel are 14 equally-spaced excised brackets; the remainder of the panel is plain.
