Description

From repository (Webb 1996:126): Blade of flint, Deposit 3, Burial Pit 2, Gahagan Mound. Is made of a mottled gray-brown flint, well executed with excellent edges and sharp tip. The base is mildly concave and the blade sides are recurved with good symmetry. Length is 11.5 cm., width in middle 3.2 cm., at base 3.8 and between these points 3 cm., thickness 6 to 7 mm.

This biface is curated at the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum in Shreveport, Louisiana.
