DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The vessel has a red slip on its exterior surface. The engraved rim panel has single upper and lower horizontal engraved lines, and the panel itself is divided by an unknown number (probably four) of vertical excised brackets. Between each of the brackets are a series of concentric semi-circular engraved lines.
