Title

"You Wouldn't Understand"

Abstract

My vision for diversity is as the late, great Martin Luther King Jr. said, “I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” A more specific answer is that I want people to be comfortable in their own skin, be able to govern themselves between right and wrong, needs and wants and not be stuck in a systematic structure of hate. I believe everyone is capable of greatness regardless of where you are from, the color of your skin and weather you are a college graduate or not.
