Description
The last assignment of the fall 2012 semester was a five to seven page synthesis essay over a fairy tale chosen out of a list of ten. Because a synthesis is the bringing together of multiple texts, we were instructed to utilize three primary sources. The sources included: Two retellings that were written (one being the original), and a different version such as a movie, television show etc. After we gathered sources, our goal was to find overall comparisons and contrasts between the retellings, and analyze them. Eventually, we composed am essay explain our findings using evidence from the texts.
